Booking conditions

Booking process

There are two ways to make a reservation with BenalBeachGroup requesting information by email, inquiry form or phoning us.

The reservation

To complete the reservation must make a prepayment that will be indicated when booking, which can be paid directly by bank transfer, PayPal, MoneyGram or Western Union. The remaining amount must be paid in cash when checking-in.

Booking confirmation

Upon receipt of the prepayment, we will send the booking confirmation by email with all necessary directions to the apartment.

Booking cancellation policy

If you cancel a booking, cancellation charges vary according to the time that you have made your cancellation.

-Cancellation more than 30 days prior to arrival: full refund of the prepayment.

-Cancellation 30 days before arrival or less: no refund.

What are the hours of arrival and departure of the apartment?

The apartment will be available from 12.00. The usual time for departure is 10.00 am you can store luggage in our reception (at no cost to you) until the time of departure. These schedules allow flexibility if no other customers arriving the same day. Ask at your arrival. In our apartments there is no charge for arriving late.

How do I collect the keys?

The key collection procedure is very simple, just call your contact phone when you arrive at the apartment (or better 10 minutes before) and a person will come to greet you and give you the keys. The apartment address will have already been sent to you in the booking confirmation. It is important to tell us the approximate time of arrival so we can be prepared for your reception. Please alert us of possible delays.

Behaviour

Parties and incivility are totally forbidden in all our apartments. We are very strict in what refers to this issue. If any complains from neighbors about bad behaviour or noise after 23.00hours and before 10.00hours. it can result in immediate eviction regardless of the time of day or night without any compensation. We appreciate your cooperation in this matter and hope you understand that these rules are necessary for the rest of our customers and neighbors.

Responsibilities

BenalBeachGroup not be liable for any direct or indirect damage that may occur as a result of misuse of the apartment by the client.

Number of people per apartment

The number of people who can stay in the apartment must be assigned in each contract and should never exceed the number of persons agreed, except children under three years old. If there are any changes you must communicate it to BenalBeachGroup so we can rectify the reservation. In case not following this rule BenalBeachGroup has the right to ask the client to leave the apartment and the customer is not entitled to claim any compensation.

Monthly rental

Check availability, price and conditions depending on the type of apartment and stay between September 15 to 15 June.

Do I have to pay a deposit for the apartment?

All apartments require signing a contract on delivery of keys and credit card concept Guarantee. All this data will be specified in the instructions arrival once you have confirmed your booking.

Who can attend me if I need help or information during my stay?

In the booking confirmation sheet you will find a phone number to call if any problem or query out of BenalBeachGroup. Reception opening hours. Also the complex itself has concierge and 24 hour security.

Are the prices per person or per apartment?

All prices are per apartment and nigh. Depending on the number of people different rates apply, please see page apartment. The number of people occupying an apartment should never exceed that indicated on our website, except for children under 3 years.

What services are included in the price?

All supplies such as electricity, gas and water are included in the price except for long stay rentals. There is no additional charge. Our apartments are fully equipped with towels, linen, TV, washing machine and air conditioning. The kitchen is fully equipped. There are as well two sunbeds included with mat per apartment and day during your stay and all the common services of the complex (gardens, swimming pools and recreation areas), please contact us for more information.

What is the minimum stay in our apartments?

The minimum stay in our apartments is 3 nights, except for the high season is 7 nights. Please check availability online on our website.

Do the apartments have free parking?

We do not offer parking spaces with apartments. It is a private parking next to the Resort. The cost is 10 euros a day. In the complex there is parking inside and surroundings.
